No Bake Matcha Energy Bites

YIELD: 12 PIECES PREP TIME:15 MINUTES COOK TIME:0 MINUTES
TOTAL TIME:15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tablespoons almond butter (We like Costco or Justin's)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder (we use chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 teaspoon Soirèe Matcha Cha Cha powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • pinch of sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixed together.  Should be smooth and easy to form into balls
  2. Scoop a small amount of the mixture and form into a ball with your hands.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
